This Vesak Day, join me for an evening of creative spunky plant-forward dishes, as I am very excited to bring you another Disco Diner menu.

Chomp down on Vietnamese Sandwiches, inspired by the early morning Bahn Mi's out of a street cart in bustling Saigon.

Tuck in to a plate of comforting & sizzlin' Szechuan Mapo Tofu, a fiery hot mess.

Both the sandwich & mapo tofu traditionally use animal meat, but I have turned it into a whole lot of plant-forward magic ✨

Featuring lots of mushrooms, wholefoods & ACTUAL plants. No mock meat! This is a vegetarian menu and contains gluten.

🌿 Featuring our VEGAN MAYO and special plant-based pate. The vegan mayo will be for sale only during this event. I will not be releasing it for my usual dips orders.

🌿 A sizzling plate of mapo tofu, featuring our Midnight Gospel, a housemade shiitake mushroom patty
Served with seasonal vegetables & rice.

🌿 If you are into plant-based cooking, I will also be happy to teach you how you can make these for yourself to amp up your home cooking game.

• Dinner is from 7-9pm. We are flexible about the timing and it is a 2h experience, including knowledge sharing on simple home cooking tips, making plant-based cooking accessible at home (Lynn is happy to share tips!!) and celebrating the amazing world of plants together 🥳
• We prepare one menu per group meaning all guests will share the same food.
• Please inform us about any allergies your group has.

Everyone is seated at a communal table. 

Loaded Gun requires 4 pax to operate per night, and should any fall fall under that number, we will be in touch to make necessary adjustments. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept groups of 4 or less, same goes for 4 or more. If you have a special occasion that requires a group of 4 - 8 pax,  please speak with Lynn on WhatsApp.
