Since starting Loaded Gun, my style of cooking has been making homemade flavour bombs. I love having these around because it gives you the flexibility to cook intuitively and creatively without being bound too tight to a recipe. It provides you the flexibility to meal prep quickly, but also has the power to be incorporated into slower, longer recipes on days you have time to spare.

Learn how to build real and intense flavour with homemade flavour boosters. There will be recipes to follow for each booster, with each recipe ensuring you get the joy of preparing your own food without too much fuss, but with maximum flavour.

Some examples would be all my signature dips (Umami Bomb, Carrot Kimchi & Green Goddess) and other examples would be my anti-inflammatory turmeric paste. Sometimes I customise spice blends too.

Learning how to follow a recipe loosely is important to keep cooking fun. It takes away the stress of measuring, but instead, using our sense of taste and sight to intuitively add and build flavour with the right ingredients as we go.

01.   Is this course plant-based?

Yes we will focus on a variety of wholefoods, including vegetables, complex carbs, spices, legumes. There will be a few dishes utilising animal protein but it's only meant for fast cooking to provide cooking cause sometimes, legumes take alot of time to cook.

02.   Is this a private class?

Yes, it is a private class.

03.   How is this different from other cooking classes?

99% of classes teach you recipes by cuisine. At Loaded Gun we focus on recipes which focus on quick yet flavourful cooking, giving you techniques for everyday lifestyle use. Healthy living is a lifestyle made out of healthy habits. Cooking is one of them.

04.   Do I have to complete all 4 classes in a month?

It is advised to to get a rhythm and consistent habits going but we understand life gets in the way. You should aim to schedule 4 classes within 2 months. Timing is largely flexible based on your schedule.

05.   My schedule is ridiculous at work, i end late sometimes. Will this be suitable for me?

Everyone's schedule is different but there will definitely be some time involvement especially if you'd like to cook on weeknights. We will devise the best way possible to do most prep on the weekends and keep weeknight recipes between 15- 30 minutes.
