Bitch'n Kitch'n BBQ Wing Glazer

Serves 3-4

500g Chicken Wings

4 tablespoons of Kombucha BBQ Pinto Bean Smoke-Out

1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar

1/3 cup White Sugar

1/3 cup Salt

4 tablespoon Black Peppercorns

6 cups Water (cold)

2 tablespoons of Honey / Maple Syrup

To make the wings

  1. Brine the wings by combining the vinegar, sugar & pepper corns.

  2. Brine the wings in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Overnight is best.

  3. Take the wings out and pat dry

  4. Salt the wings

  5. Put them into the air fryer, 160 degrees celsius for 20 minutes

To make the glaze

  1. Combine 2 tablespoons of Kombucha BBQ Pinto Bean Smoke-out with equal parts maple syrup (honey if non-vegan)

  2. Stir and combine

  3. Drizzle all over the fried wings atop a bed of warm rice & enjoy!
