1.1 Our products
Are your products vegan?
We prefer the term ‘powered by plants’ as we feel this spotlights the beautiful ingredients themselves. So yes, all our products are 100% plant-derived made with fresh ingredients (yay!). They also contain no animal products or gluten.
Are your products gluten-free?
All our dips are gluten and dairy-free. However, our Midnight Gospel patty contains gluten.
Who are the products for?
Loaded Gun helps time-strapped mamas feed their kids the best foods, work-from-home warriors get snacky in the healthiest way possible, and meat eaters transition to becoming more plant-based.
Are your dips suitable for people on a paleo or keto diet?
Yes, and no. It depends on how strict you are about adhering to these diets. Yes because, our products contain 100% whole foods, which ticks the boxes for both diets. However, you may choose to refrain from consuming our products as they all contain some form of natural sweeteners (none of which are artificial and are naturally derived).
What kinds of sugars are found in your products?
We use only natural sweeteners like caramalised onions (in Umami Bomb). For the Carrot Kimchi premium medjool dates are used and no processed white sugars are used. Processed (white) sugar is a big gut disruptor and we're all about choosing gut-friendly ingredients.
Where are the products made? Is it a halal kitchen?
They come straight to you from our Home Kitchen.
The same kitchen is used to cook other meals. At times, pork/meat is handled in this space, but we assure you that Loaded Gun products are 100% plant-based. At no point do they come into contact with meat products. We are not halal certified.
What items are made completely from scratch?
All of our key ingredients. For example, our plant-powered Kimchi (Yes! No fish sauce! No shrimp!) is used in our Kick-Ass Carrot Kimchi Hummus. Our Kimchi is homemade, brewed with the most warming of vegetable broths (this is homemade as well).Our Kombucha BBQ Pinto Bean contains home-brewed Kombucha, naturally cultivated with organic black tea & cane sugar. Fermentation takes 13 days, and no two brews are exactly the same, lending a unique flavour to every batch of BBQ. Umami Bomb Cashew Cream contains roasted red capsicums and caramelised onions.Bitchin', right?? We think so too.
What is the best way to consume your dips?
The idea is to get it in your mouth, STAT! You could eat them straight out of the tub. The utensil of choice is totally up to you. (Fingers work fine in a pinch!) Our dips are designed to be the perfect accompaniment to any snack. They act as a ‘rempah’ or base sauce, for meals. Some of our favourite ways to scarf them are on pizza, in wraps, sandwiches, and on top of fries. Inventive ways to use them are as pasta sauces, and even ravioli fillings. 1.2 Storage
How long is the shelf life of each dip?
Our products contain no artificial preservatives and use natural ingredients like organic white miso paste, unfiltered apple cider vinegar & lime for natural preservation.
A good rule of thumb is that they're good for 14 - 21 days from the day of delivery or pickup. Like anything fresh, whole and preservative free, they contain the best nutrients, flavour and freshness within this window.
Most of our customers have kept our dips for one month. Because it is a fresh product, you will see mould when it's not safe to eat it. This is your sign to toss it out.
How should I store the products for maximum freshness?
All products need to be refrigerated from 0 - 4 degrees celcius to maintain ultimate freshness.
Can I freeze the dips?
Like anything fresh and made to order, we recommend consuming them within 2 weeks. But yes, they can be frozen. Should you choose to freeze it please freeze them upon receiving.
How do I freeze the dips?
Take them out of the glass jars and place them in plastic containers. Drizzle a thin layer of olive oil to help seal in moisture. To defrost, place overnight in the fridge. Please expect textural changes (not much). Let it defrost slowly so you don't lose much texture and taste. Keep in freezer for up to 3 months.
I'm having a party! How long can I keep the dip out at room temperature for?
It can last at room tempature for about 3 hours. Avoid direct sunlight. Preferably, you should refrigerate it as soon as you receive it.Why? It contains no preservatives and is made from the freshest ingredients - this is what makes it so damn delicious!
2. Dine-ins
What is the menu like?
Just like our products, our menu is based on a wholefoods, plant-based philosophy. We use a variety of wholegrains, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and sometimes even the citruses of fruits to brighten up the meal. Just like our products, dishes are total flavour bombs and give a whole new meaning to the word "plant-based". The menu changes depending on ingredient availability.
How many people can opt to dine-in?
We only accept groups of 4.

Can I purchase any of your products during dine-in?
Yes, purchase of products are subject to availability, but we usually have some items in stock.
Cooking Classes
What is the vibe of the cooking class like? How is it different from other cooking classes?
While most programmes are designed based on fixed recipes, we emphasise on cooking intuitively and seasonally, with simple ingredients and homemade pastes to make vegetables tasty.
Why do you only accept 2 pax?
For more focused & private attention and to make the experience more meaningful.
Delivery
What are the delivery fees?
$9 Delivery fee for orders below $80. Any order above, delivery is FOC. You may also choose to pickup from our home kitchen at Marine Terrace.
I can't seem to check out my items and select a date. Why?
We are only producing the products once a month now, and slots will be released via our IG and eDMs. You may subscribe to our eDM on the home page (scroll to the end).
Can I purchase the products outside of your delivery dates?
Sometimes we have stock on hand. Please whatsapp us using the contact us function on our homepage and we'll get back to you shortly.
Where is the pickup location?
We are located at Marine Terrace in the east.
