30 Min High Protein Pretty Dam Juicy Chicken Patties

Makes 10 patties
10 Mins prep + 20 Mins cook time

ingredients:
500g chicken minceĀ 
2 midnight gospel patties
1.5 tbspĀ green goddess
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp orange zest
1/2 a yellow zucchini, shredded (u can use whatever hard veggie like carrot, green zucchini or omit. this is just to bump up the fibre)

Preheat oven to 220 deg.
Mix everything together by hand in a bowl. Mixture is pretty wet at this point but don't worry.
Form into 10 patties.
Oil baking sheet with avocado oil and lay out the patties.
Spray more oil (I recommend avocado oil spray) on the top of the patties.

Bake for 20 - 25 mins until fully cooked through and you see the top browning a little.
