Bitch'n Kitch'n BBQ Wing Glazer
Serves 3-4
500g Chicken Wings
4 tablespoons of Kombucha BBQ Pinto Bean Smoke-Out
1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
1/3 cup White Sugar
1/3 cup Salt
4 tablespoon Black Peppercorns
6 cups Water (cold)
2 tablespoons of Honey / Maple Syrup
To make the wings

Brine the wings by combining the vinegar, sugar & pepper corns.

Brine the wings in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Overnight is best.

Take the wings out and pat dry

Salt the wings

Put them into the air fryer, 160 degrees celsius for 20 minutes
To make the glaze

Combine 2 tablespoons of Kombucha BBQ Pinto Bean Smoke-out with equal parts maple syrup (honey if non-vegan)

Stir and combine

Drizzle all over the fried wings atop a bed of warm rice & enjoy!
