Crazy Kimchi

Our own blend of whole leaf cabbage kimchi with homemade vegetable stock and no processed sugar. Medjool dates are used to sweeten initially, developing a unique funk with added umami from the kombu stock.

Ingredients: Cabbage, gochugaru, garlic, onion, ginger, spring onions, carrots, radish, medjool dates, glutinous rice flour, vegetable stock, fish sauce, fermented shrimp sauce.
