Yes, you may freeze them for up to 2 months. If frozen, please defrost in the fridge overnight before cooking. Don't get a panic attack if you didn't manage to freeze them - you just have to add a little more cooking time on the stove if you forgot! 😇
Pan fry (recommended): Add a little oil and fry for 4 - 5 minutes on each side until caramelised and nicely charred.
Oven Bake or Air Fry: Set either your oven or air fryer to 180°C for 12 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
