A fragrant and lightly-flavoured Organic Quinoa dish coated with a luscious Thai Style Green Goddess dressing made with our signature Cilantro Avo Cashew Lime Sauce, Kaffir Lime Leaves & Red Chillies. Topped with oven-roasted crispy chickpeas spiced with a house made fish curry spice.
Makes for a great meal throughout a few days, or as a party appetiser. The Quinoa gets more flavoursome the longer you store it in the fridge and can be reheated easily on the pan or in the microwave.
You may also add diced vegetables to it and turn it into a fresh, midweek lunch meal. Options are endless.
