Healthy Midnight Gospel Breakfast Burger

ingredients needed

1 English Muffin, i used storebought
1 Midnight Gospel patty, purchase them here
1 egg
slice of cheese (cheddar or any meltable cheese)

1. Toast the muffins with some butter/ oil until crusty
2. Fry the egg in an egg ring for that MacDonalds effect but don't worry if you don't have one. an overeasy egg takes around 2 mins for the white to set. Use your eyes. For that classic jammy yolk, pour a little water on your pan and cover it for about 1 minute. this helps the yolk cook faster than it would if its unconvered.
3. Fry your midnight gospel. slide the patty onto the pan with about 1 tablespoon of oil and fry for 5 minutes on each side, flipping once. When you flip, add the cheeseĀ on top of the patty.

Assemble - bun first, then patty with the cheese and then the egg and say "screw you MacDonalds"
